The setting was gorgeous and the views incredible. The facilities were excellent and the whole place is very peaceful and beautiful. The staff were a highlight - extremely helpful and friendly, and the meals were all superb.
There were a few little touches missing that made it less comfortable than it should be. For example, the room lacked air conditioning and was uncomfortably hot at night, even with a fan provided. I would have opened the window to cool down but there were a lot of biting mosquitos, so the choice was between being too hot or getting constantly bitten through the night. Either a bugnet across the balcony door or air conditioning would have solved this dilemma! Then there were other tiny things, like the gorgeous huge bathroom that was let down by a poor quality showerhead. I'm nitpicking - overall this hotel is fantastic, but these little things can make a difference.

Beautiful grounds and comfortable room.
The ground were beautiful and the staff friendly and accommodating. a would like to give a special thanks to Marcia who helped resolve and issue with our room and was extremely helpful and attentive.
